Pass Guarantee

1. What the guarantee gives

If you study with a weekly subscription and do not pass your state life insurance licensing exam, we give you one month (30 days) of premium access in the Life Insurance License Exam app at no charge, so you can prepare for your retake. The guarantee is extra study time. It is not a refund, and it does not promise that you will pass.

2. Who qualifies

  • You bought the Weekly Access subscription in the App. One-time Full Access already has no time limit and is not covered; free use of the App is not covered.
  • Your subscription was paid for at least two weeks before your exam date, and it was active on the day of the exam.
  • You took the exam for the state selected in the App.
  • You received a failing result on the official exam.

3. How to claim

Within 30 days of your exam date, email examprepappios@gmail.com with:

  • the email address or sign-in method of your App account;
  • your official score report from the testing provider (for example Pearson VUE or PSI) showing your name, the exam, the exam date and the result.

You may cover your candidate ID or any personal details that are not needed to confirm the above. Do not send payment card information or passwords.

4. Review and access

  • We check the report against your App account and your subscription history, usually within 3 business days.
  • When the claim is approved, we add 30 days of premium access to your App account, starting on the day we approve it. You will receive a confirmation email.
  • The free month does not change your App Store subscription. If you do not want to keep paying weekly, cancel it in Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions on your device.

5. Limits

  • One guarantee claim per person and per App account.
  • Altered, incomplete or someone else's score reports are not accepted.
  • The guarantee has no cash value and cannot be transferred. It does not cover exam fees, prelicensing courses or other costs.
  • Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple under our Terms of Use.
  • We may change these terms for future purchases. A change does not reduce the guarantee for a subscription that was already active when you took your exam.
