How do individual producer licenses expire in New York?

Answer and explanation
Answer: D. Section 2103(j)(2) provides that individual licenses expire on birthdays in odd or even years according to year of birth, while business entity licenses expire on 30 June of odd-numbered years. Expiration is therefore tied to the licensee rather than to the date of issue or to an appointment.Source: N.Y. Ins. Law § 2103 — 2103(j)(2), Expiration
