Restore a purchase
Sign in with the same account you used before, then tap Restore on the paywall or Restore Purchase in Settings. Purchases belong to the Apple ID that made them.
Cancel a subscription
On your iPhone open Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions, choose the app and cancel. Deleting the app or your account does not cancel a subscription.
Refunds
App Store purchases are refunded by Apple. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Pass Guarantee
Weekly subscribers who did not pass can request a free month. See the Pass Guarantee terms.
Delete your account
In the app open Settings → Delete account. Your account and study data are deleted permanently. You can also email examprepappios@gmail.com to ask us to delete it.
